Coverage Requirements Discovery

It is a use case project under the DaVinci initiative that aims to address the challenge of understanding payer requirements for specific services or procedures.

The goal of CRD is to facilitate automated communication between providers and payers to discover any documentation, rules, or prior authorization requirements needed for coverage at the time of order or service.

CRD integrates with clinical workflows using HL7® FHIR® standards to streamline the exchange of data between electronic health records (EHRs) and payer systems.
